Chris did the purchase transaction for my house in Marlborough. It was a purchase by my Family Trust which adds difficulty but nothing was too hard. There were three trustees who all needed to sign the documentation. It was also transacted on the 20th of December which is a difficult time to work with the solicitor community as they are disappearing for the holidays.
